PURPOSE: A system and a method for Internet publication using a customized AD(ADvertisement) are provided to publish a book inexpensively by making the client directly edit a manuscript of the publication and subtracting the AD expense inserted into a manuscript. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a member management module(202), a printing company management module(206), an AD management module(208), a contents management module(210), a publication editing module(212), a settlement management module(214), a delivery management module(216), and a control module(218), and is linked with various kinds of databases(220-232). A member management module(202) registers a user as a member, and manages and stores the information inputted at the registration in the member information database(220). The AD management module(208) provides the AD inserted into the publication published by the user, receives the information for the AD from an advertiser paying the AD expense according to the selected AD, and manages and stores the AD related information in the AD information database(224). The publication editing module(212) provides a program to edit the manuscript to the user.
