The apparatus consists of two aluminum heat sinks (2,4) between which Peltier elements (3) are provided and a fan (1,5). One of the heat sinks (4) is provided within the housing to be cooled the other heat sink (2) is provided outside the housing and dissipates heat. A fan is mounted on each heat sink. The fan (5) inside the housing blows the air in the housing onto the cool heat sink. The cooled air emerges from both end faces of the heat sink and circulates in the housing. The fan on the outside blows air from the surrounding onto the warm heat sink and dissipates the heat.
