PURPOSE: A level shifter having plural outputs is provided to be capable of generating a plurality of output voltages having a plurality of levels. CONSTITUTION: A level shifter comprises the first shifter and an output signal generating parts. The first level shifter(203) receives an input signal(IN) and the first power supply voltage and outputs the first output voltage having a ground voltage or the same voltage level as the first power supply voltage, the first control signal having an inverted version of the first output voltage and the second control signal having the same value as the first output voltage. The output signal generating part(201) receives the first power supply voltage and the second power supply voltage having a different voltage level from the first power supply voltage. The output signal generating part outputs the second output voltage having the same voltage level as the first or second power supply voltage.
