PURPOSE: A therapeutic heating or cooling compressing pack using the sap is provided. The sap has been used in only the sanitary napkin or the diaper but the therapeutic heating or cooling compressing pack using the sap uses the facts that when the sap in the state of gel gets heating or cooling, it has the excellent ability to receive the temperature, and that the sap releases the received high or low temperature slowly and so it has excellent ability to maintain the temperature. CONSTITUTION: The therapeutic heating or cooling compressing pack using the sap(super absorbent polymer) is in the state of gel, and so is not only excellent in maintaining the high or low temperature but is also cling to the area to be compressed fully. In wet packs, the sap is placed in a special polyethylene film in the state of gel and the surface thereof is sewn into the various shapes using the cotton. In dry packs, after forming the shape using a special polyethylene film, SAP is placed in the film. When water is poured to the pack, SAP becomes gel state.
