A pair of receivers (101,102), each receiving an input signal is tuned to generate intermediate signals. AND gates (105,106,110) are provided to propagate an initial transition from one of the receivers and a NAND gate (112) propagates the transition to an output port. A pass gate receives a signal and inhibits transmission of the signal based on the output until the intermediate signals are equivalent. An Independent claim is also included for input signal propagation method.
