COOL JACKET DISJOINT EQUIPMENT OF CIRCULATING WATER PUMP

PURPOSE: Cool jacket disjoint equipment of a circulating water pump is provided to easily carry out a repairing work and an inspecting work by lifting only a cooling jacket without lifting the entire circulating water pump. CONSTITUTION: An impeller(110) is installed at a lower portion of a circulating water pump. A pump shaft(120) is coupled to a cylindrical coupling(130). Three bearings(140) are arranged in order to support the pump shaft(120). A thrust bearing(150) is arranged in an axial direction of the pump shaft(120). A bearing plate is positioned in a bearing housing. A cooling jacket is provided at an outer portion of the bearing plate. The cooling jacket acts as a cooling water path. The cooling jacket is closely adjacent to the bearing housing by means of O-rings. The cooling jacket is fixed to the bearing housing by a head screw.
