PURPOSE: A system for syndicating the digital contents using an intelligent type agent is provided to automatically send the contents according to a schedule by installing the agent to a contents providing server, and to make a CIS(Contents Integration System) server collect and integrate the contents generated in various formats and provide it after converting into a regular format. CONSTITUTION: The contents providing server(100) includes the agent(110) providing, classifying, and transmitting the contents of various formats. The CIS server(200) receives and integrates the contents information transmitted from the agent(110), and transmits the integrated contents. A contents receiving server(300) receives the integrated contents information provided from the CIS server(200) and posts it on a web page. The agent(110) calls various kinds of contents stored in the contents providing server(100), automatically analyzes a data format of the called contents, and transmits the contents information to the CIS server(200) by calling a driver matched with the analyzed format.
