PURPOSE: A capillary pipe cutter is provided to cut a capillary pipe in a cutting portion by contacting lubricant on the surface of the capillary pipe, transforming the capillary pipe into a flat status and moving the capillary pipe from a first transferring portion and a second transferring portion at a preset speed. CONSTITUTION: A pipe holder portion(10) comprises an oil box(13), a pipe holder a(11a) and a pipe holder b(11b). The oil box injects lubricant from an oil tank(12) by installing in the entrance of a capillary pipe. The pipe holder a injects the capillary pipe by installing in one side of the oil box. The pipe holder b discharges the capillary pipe by installing in the other side of the oil box. A level controlling portion(20) comprises a control shaft(27) and a level control box(30). The control shaft forms a guiding passage of the capillary pipe to advance the capillary pipe by inserting and receives power from a first motor under a main frame. The level control box includes the control shaft therein. A first transferring portion(40) comprises rollers(45a,45b). The roller c and the roller d are rotated by a belt b with power from a second motor under the main frame. The roller a and the roller b are interlocked when the capillary pipe is advanced by installing on the roller c and the roller d. A second transferring portion(50) advances the capillary pipe to the contact face of a roller e(51e) and a roller f. A cutting portion(60) comprises a supporting member(72) and a cutting shaft(66). The supporting member has a small road(73) to enter the capillary pipe from the second transferring portion. The cutting shaft has a cutting member(67) to cut the capillary pipe at regular intervals by receiving power from a third motor(61). Thereby, the defect is reduced.
