A vehicle has an elongated shape with a single ball-shaped wheel 12 at one end and a spinning wind-driven body 11 at the other, driving a generator through an axle 18 to supply electricity to a battery pack and so drive the wheel 12. The spinning body 11 is held aloft by the buoyancy of a lightweight gas contained in a honeycomb structure inside it.
