The pallet, especially for mesh crates, is made from sheet steel. It comprises a box-shaped base (1) with retaining lips (7, 8) on its upper rims. This is strengthened by a U-shaped, corrugated cross-bar (5) whose arms (6) are attached to the inner walls of the box. A lid (11) with a rim (12) which fits into the retaining lips fits on to the base. |
