Nutritional supplements for animal feeds are obtained by infiltrating enzymes into de-husked grain by a simple low-energy solution spraying process

An animal nutritional supplement, formed by a de-husked grain containing an infiltrated enzyme, is new. An Independent claim is also included for production of the supplement comprising: (a) spraying the de-husked grain with an enzyme-containing solution; (b) allowing the solution to infiltrate into the grain; and (c) removing the solvent.
