The surgical gripper has a handle (4) with a control curve (22) and on closing the grips against the range of movement a spring (25) actuates within the control curve. The control moves into a second position to a second control curve opposite an exit position. The adjuster (14) has a spring (13) which works to bring both sides of the instrument back to the middle position. The adjuster is housed adjustable in the second grip part. A nose (21) is wedge-shaped and works against the sides of the instrument. |
