PURPOSE: Provided are a functional coating using a natural material which reduces environmental pollution, is not easily discolored after coating, and facilitates anti-corrosion, anti-microbial and anti-moisture functions, as well as far-infrared emitting function, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The functional coating comprises 40-50 wt% of clay powder, 5-10 wt% of raw ore powder for pigment, 20-25 wt% of water, and 20-30 wt% of acrylic resin. The clay powder and raw ore powder are crushed so as to have a particle size of 325-1200 mesh. 5-10 wt% of pyrophyllite powder or a mixture of 5-7 wt% of pyrophyllite powder and 2-5 wt% of carbon powder is used as the raw ore powder. |
