PURPOSE: An ultrasonic water level measuring device is provided to precisely and effectively measure a water level by transmitting an ultrasonic wave using a signal transmitting sensor and receiving a reflection wave using signal receiving sensors. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic water level measuring device includes a control circuit(310), a signal transmitting sensor(320), a pair of signal receiving sensors(331,332), a pair of wave guides(341,342), and a pair of water guiding pipes(351,352). In addition, a hub and a server are provided. In order to assist power supply, a solar cell(361), a battery(362) and a charging device(363) are provided in the ultrasonic water level measuring device. The control circuit(310) includes a microprocessor, a transmitting signal converting terminal, a receiving signal converting terminal, an input setting terminal, an output displaying terminal, and an interface terminal. The signal transmitting sensor(320) and the signal receiving sensors(331,332) are connected to the control circuit(310).
