PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing an apartment using the Internet are provided to improve a service quality related to the apartment management and to enable the customers applying to the apartment to use the information regardless of time and space by synthetically managing diverse information related to the apartment through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: An information communication terminal(10) enables a user to input/output the data related to the apartment. A financial server(30) transmits the payment information of the user to an apartment promotion management company server(50) through the Internet(20). A building company server(40) transmits the apartment promotion information to the information communication terminal(10) and the apartment promotion management company server(50), and transmits the payment information of the contracted users to the apartment promotion management company server(50). The apartment promotion management company server(50) is connected to an operation database(51), an apartment promotion database(52), a contract database(53), a payment database(54), and a warranty database(55).
