PURPOSE: A construction method for the lower part of a balcony provided with a sash is provided to reduce construction expenses by simplifying installation and improving workability. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for the lower part of a balcony provided with a sash comprises the steps of applying adhesives(50) on a waterproof projection(21) of the bottom(20) of a balcony, then erecting a sash(10), attaching tiles(30) on the bottom(20) of a balcony, laying tiles(30) on the bottom(20), preparing lower finishing materials having a sash lower contact part(110), a setting projection(120) and a bearing(130) in the appointed length, applying adhesives on the sash lower contact part(110), locating the sash lower contact part(110) of the lower finishing materials on a lower part(11) of the sash(10), then pressurizing with the inner side of the waterproof projection(21) and adhering the setting projection(120) to the lower corner of the sash(10).
