PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing process and cost by inserting an insulating layer between two electrode layers and an organic luminescent layer to divide the organic electroluminescence device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first striped-type electrodes(22) are formed on a transparent substrate(21). The first insulating layer pattern, which is made of an inorganic material, is deposited on the first region that is perpendicular to the plurality of first electrodes(22) and the second region in parallel to the plurality of first electrodes(22). A plurality of organic luminescent layers are formed on the plurality of first electrodes(22). A plurality of second electrodes are deposited on the organic luminescent layers and perpendicular to the plurality of first electrodes(22).
