PURPOSE: An uninterruptible-power camera server operated by a timer is provided to reduce the operation expense, to perform the effective operation, and to operate at all times. CONSTITUTION: A server providing the moving image information on the Internet comprises a camera, a low-power computer, a data storing device, a UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply), an external timer, and an Internet connector. The UPS includes a power source by the electric charging using a commercial power source, the power source by the generation of an engine, solar heat, and wind power, and the power source by a dry cell. The UPS informs a maintenance team of the power state periodically. The external timer is set by an operator as connecting to the low-power computer through the Internet. The external timer supplies the power to the low-power computer according to a fixed schedule, and operates the low-power computer by being independently operated even if the power of the low-power computer is cut off.
