Method for selection of a stored object from a quantity of stored objects by a user in which a determined object is automatically suggested to a user from the set of stored objects. The user then evaluates the suggested object and if wanted the object is selected in a selection step. If not, a further object is selected. The invention relates to offering and selection of audio, video, photos, music, travel information or food information. The invention also relates to a corresponding arrangement for selection of an object, a computer program and a computer program product for implementation of the inventive method.
