PURPOSE: A food waste disposal device is provided to dispose food waste effectively, to reduce the volume of a disposal device or the number of components, to install on a sink simply and to decrease noise and manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: The food waste disposal device comprises: a hopper(10) inputting food waste; a motor(20) installed on the lower part of the hopper(10) to provide rotary power to a disposer(40); and a disposer(40) crushing and dewatering food waste by the rotary power from the motor(20) and containing a turntable(44) coupled with a driving shaft of the motor, one or more crushing blades coupled on the top of the turntable(44) and a rotary filter(47) installed around the turntable(44) to discharge the moisture separated from the food waste by centrifugal force.
