The design comprises the air-conditioner having on the front surface of the housing thereof horizontally oriented upper and lower sets of grills. The lower set of grills has a convex curvature from side-to-side. Above the frills is a horizontally oriented control panel of rectangular shape with rounded corners.Drawings of the design are included wherein:Figure 1 is a perspective view of the air-conditioner embodying the design;Figure 2 is a front view;Figure 3 is a rear view;Figure 4 is a left side view, the right side being a mirror image;Figure 5 is a top plan view; andFigure 6 is a bottom plan view.
