The invention relates to a chocolate product based on cocoa butter and/or comparable non-lauric fats and sugar, to which titanium dioxide, glycerine, monopropylene glycol and a vegetable oil are added. The product thus obtained can be rolled out to very thin layers and it maintains a good tensile strength to such an extent that it can be processed and can be printed upon in a standard printer. Moreover, the product tastes well, it is well chewable and it melts in the mouth. |
