PURPOSE: A scan driving method is provided to be capable of improving a driving efficiency by making an energy recovery circuit in a scan pulse driving circuit to which scan pulses are supplied so as to be overlapped. CONSTITUTION: The first data pulse corresponding to a video signal of '1' is applied to address electrode lines. At the same time when the first data pulse is applied, the second data pulse which corresponds to a video signal of '1' having a different width from the first data pulse is applied front and rear parts of the first data pulse. A scan pulse is supplied to scan electrode lines formed in a direction intersected with the address electrode lines, in synchronization with the first and second data pulses. As the scan pulse, a resonant pulse is supplied by an energy recovery device when the second data pulse is applied. |
