PURPOSE: A structure for mounting a radiator and a condenser of a vehicle is provided to mount the radiator and the condenser with a connecting bracket by forming a combining surface and an combining structure on a reinforcing plate of the condenser and an upper tank portion. CONSTITUTION: An mounting structure for a condenser(20) and a radiator(10) of a vehicle has a connecting device(30). The connecting device has a combining structure, a fixing member(40) and a connecting bracket(50). The combining structure is formed inside a reinforcing plate(21) of the condenser on the same line to a combining surface(12) of the radiator. The combining structure of the radiator and the combining structure of the condenser are combined with the fixing member. The connecting bracket interferes to the radiator and the condenser. Thereby, introducing assembling of the radiator and the condenser is improved.
