FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary engines and fuel mixture preparation devices. Proposed engine contains compressor, fuel mixture preparation device and combustion chamber with power unit with working wheels connected to combustion chamber. According to invention, power unit employs working wheels in form of two cylindrical gears in meshing. Spaces made in end faces of each gear are inter connected by channels. Said spaces adjoin cooling liquid manifolds in end faces on inner space. T-shaped slots are made on ends of gear teeth, with spring-loaded T-shaped plates fitted in slots. Gears and one of end faces of inner space are installed for axial displacement, and said end face is furnished with seals on side surface and is pressed to end of gears by springs secured on cover of inner space.
