PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs and to improve reliability by minimizing the number of signal processing means even in the case of connecting a plurality of measuring means, so as to simplify circuit constitution. SOLUTION: This device comprises a connection terminal 8 for inputting a signal from a digital measurement means 1 and an analog measurement means 4, a signal processing means 9 for processing the inputted signal as a digital signal or an analog signal, and a storage means 10 for storing the processing result of the signal processing means. Since the inputted signal is processed by the same signal processing means 9 without regard to the signal form of the digital signal and the analog signal, the circuit constitution is simplified to reduce the cost and to improve reliability.
