PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment machine provided with a hand massaging function capable of performing an effective air pressure treatment in which hand parts and arm parts can be safely placed to be continuingly massaged. SOLUTION: This treatment machine comprises a chair body 2 having arm rest parts 21 on both sides provided with raised walls 211 on one side of the arm width formed in such a way that human hand parts 3 can be freely placed at proper positions on upper surfaces of it, and compression air supply/discharge means (expansion bags 12, and a compression air supply/discharge device 14 connected to the respective expansion bags 12 and 12 through hoses 13 and 13) to provide expansion/contraction treatment to the hand parts 2. As a subject person to be treated is seated, the hand parts 3 are stably held on the arm rest parts 21 and 21, and the hand parts 3 and the arm parts are efficiently treated with air pressure.
