PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated metal sheet excellent in moldability, cleaning properties and electromagnetic wave shielding properties. SOLUTION: A polyester resin, an epoxy resin, a polyurethane resin or a fluoroplastic resin is applied to the a-surface (case outer surface) of a metal sheet 1 in predetermined thickness, and an aqueous paint comprising a polyester resin, an epoxy resin, a polyurethane resin or an acrylic resin is applied to the b-surface (case inner surface) of the metal sheet 1 in predetermined thickness to obtain the resin coated metal sheet. The resin film applied to the b-surface of the metal sheet has a surface contact resistance of 1,000Ωor less. Since the predetermined resin having proper strength and elongation is applied to the a-surface of the metal sheet in a film-like state, this resin coated metal sheet is excellent in moldability. Since the predetermined aqueous paint having proper strength and elongation is applied to the b-surface of the metal sheet in a film-like state, the inside of the case is kept clean. Since the aqueous paint film is low in surface contact resistance, the resin coated metal sheet is also excellent in electromagnetic wave shield properties. Further, by using the metal laminated sheet in place of the metal sheet, sound insulating properties are also enhanced.
