APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SEGREGATION CHARGING OF BLENDED RAW MATERIAL FOR SINTER MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling segregation charging of blended raw material for sinter manufacture are provided to continuously measure content of iron oxide contained in the blended raw material and automatically control an angle in which the blended raw material is charged into sintering car according to the measured value. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for controlling segregation charging of blended raw material for sinter manufacture comprises an information input device(200) for inputting information including an initial set value and setting a mode; an iron oxide measuring device(201) installed in front of a drum type feeder(107) to measure content of iron oxide (FeO) contained in the blended raw material charged into sintering car(110) through the drum type feeder(107); an instrumentation controller(202) for calculating charging angle according to the content of iron oxide measured by the iron oxide measuring device(201) in case that the mode is set to a charging angle control mode by the information input device(200), calculating angle deviation by comparing the calculated charging angle with current charging angles inputted, and controlling charging angle relative to the calculated angle deviation; an inclination plate(205) the lower part of which is rotationally installed at the upper part of the sintering car(110); an inclined angle control device(204) installed between a support(206) installed in rear of an installation position of the inclination plate(205) in the upper part of the sintering car(110) and the upper end part of the inclination plate(205) to control an inclined angle of the inclination plate according to controlling of the instrumentation controller(202); a potential meter transmitting the detected inclined angles to the instrumentation controller(202) by detecting current inclined angles according to controlling of inclined angle of the inclined angle control device(204); and a screen display device(206) for displaying information on measurement, control and state according to controlling of the instrumentation controller(202) on screen.
