PURPOSE: A system and method for an electronic payment notice board is provided to pay a price to an author of a specific notice matter electronically by executing an electronic payment between a specific notice board user and other notice board user and enabling an unspecified number of the general public to purchase a commodity registered in a specific notice matter. CONSTITUTION: The Internet(210) transmits and receives data among computers in remote places. A client(220) connects to a web site through the Internet(210), reads a notice matter listed in an electronic notice board, registers a commodity to be sold, purchases a commodity inserted in the electronic notice board, and pays a price of the purchased commodity. A web server supplies a screen for inputting a notice matter to be inserted into the electronic notice board, registers the inputted notice matter contents, and executes a sale of a commodity registered in the electronic notice board. A notice board database(240) stores the notice matter contents. A payment sever is linked with a commodity registered in a notice matter of the electronic notice board and pays a price payment when other client purchases a commodity registered by a client. A payment database stores data related to a price payment executed in the payment sever. A member database stores information of a member who joined to the payment server. A financial payment system is cooperated with the payment sever, issues a credit card, manages an account of a client, recognizes a credit state, and approves a transaction.
