PURPOSE: A tray mounting pallet is provided to fix a tray with an electronic part in a tray feeder accurately and firmly on the pallet and separate the tray from the pallet with ease. CONSTITUTION: The pallet(150) comprises: a base frame(11) for mounting a tray(1) thereon; a plurality of guide rails(14) formed at both left and right ends of the base frame for guiding the pallet so as to be received in a receiving space; a pusher(50) installed inside the guide rails for pushing the tray in one direction; a pusher fixing and releasing unit(60) which is installed at both ends of the pusher and engages with a rachet(14a) formed on an inner face of the guide rails so that the pusher fixes the tray; and a shock absorbing member(70) attached to the surface contacting the tray at one side face of the pusher and preventing the slippage of the tray(1) and controlling clearance.
