PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing a reverse rotation of a recovering reel of a tape feeder is provided to improve the recovering work of a cover tape by employing a friction unit of the recovering reel and plural elastic members. CONSTITUTION: A driving wheel(110) is installed on a side of a base frame and provided with an elastic member fixing unit(111) on which plural elastic members(115) are installed and the first bearing hole into which a bearing unit is inserted. An auxiliary wheel(120) is installed by facing the driving wheel(110) and provided with a friction unit(121) capable of locking the plural elastic members and the second bearing hole so as to be inserted into a bearing unit. A bearing unit(130) is comprised of an one-way bearing(131) inserted into and installed on the first and second bearing holes and a bearing shaft inserted into and installed on the one-way bearing(131). A contact unit is comprised of first and second fixing rings capable of coupling the bearing unit(130), and a contacting member. A driving unit is comprised of a motor installed on a side of the base frame, first and second gears rotated by the motor, a driving pulley rotated by the first and second gears, and a belt. The plural elastic members(115) are installed on a fixing unit.
