PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to achieve improved cooling efficiency by uniformly circulating the cooling air throughout the refrigerating compartment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a main body(1) divided into a freezing compartment(10) and a refrigerating compartment(20) by a separator wall(16), and which has shelves mounted in the main body; a cooling unit for generating cooling air; a blower fan mounted within the main body, and which generates flow of the cooling air generated from the cooling unit; a rear cooling air guide channel(23) formed at the rear surface of the refrigerating compartment, and which guides the cooling air generated from the cooling unit and discharges the cooling air into the refrigerating compartment; a left cooling air guide channel(24) formed at the left side surface of the refrigerating compartment, and which guides the cooling air generated from the cooling unit and discharges the cooling air into the refrigerating compartment; a right cooling air guide channel(25) formed at the right side surface of the refrigerating compartment, and which guides the cooling air generated from the cooling unit and discharges the cooling air into the refrigerator; a top cooling air suction channel(26) formed at the top surface of the refrigerating compartment, and which sucks the cooling air supplied in the refrigerating compartment and guides the cooling air to the cooling unit; and a rear cooling air suction channel(27) formed at the rear surface of the refrigerating compartment, and which sucks the cooling air supplied in the refrigerating compartment and guides the cooling air to the cooling unit.
