APPARATUS FOR REPAIRING TAP HOLE OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for repairing tap hole of blast furnace is provided to repair and form the surface of the tap hole more safely and efficiently when performing closing operation of the tap hole of the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for repairing tap hole of blast furnace comprises a grinding device part which is equipped with a cylinder body(20) mountable to nozzle tip of mud gun, in which a grinding whetstone(24) rotationally operated by motor(26) and gears(27,23) to grind the surface of the tap hole is mounted on the front of the cylinder body(20), and on which a fixed stopper(22) closely adhered to the tap hole without movement is mounted; a drilling device part which is equipped with vertical support and spring closely adhered and set onto the inner diameter of the nozzle tip of the mud gun, and in which an impact absorbing device for reducing impact when closely adhered to the tap hole is mounted on the rear end of drilling plate, and the front surface part of the drilling plate has a larger diameter than the joint surface so that the tap hole surface is uniformly drilled as a whole; a mounting part comprising a base plate(29) which is selectively mounted on the nozzle tip of the mud gun with the drilling device part and grinding device part being rested and supported on the base plate(29), and which is equipped with a grinding device(40) for grinding the whetstone(24) of the grinding device part; a measuring device part for measuring depth of the tap hole; and a control part for connecting and operating the above devices.
