PURPOSE: A key interlock system of an automatic transmission vehicle is provided to return a slider of a key set conveniently by mounting an elastic body with modifying the structure, and to improve convenience by locking and outputting the key smoothly with controlling a shift lever. CONSTITUTION: A key interlock system is composed of a shift lever(100) of an automatic transmission; a slider(300) placed in a key set(200) to control output of a key with moving; an operating cable(400) combined with the shift lever and the slider; and an elastic body(500) restoring the slider for outputting the key in placing the shift lever at the parking range. The slider of the key set is returned easily by the elastic body, and the key is drawn out of the key set smoothly by controlling the shift lever. Therefore, convenience of a driver and quality of a vehicle are improved.
