FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: method used for developing and organizing workstations for general functional diagnostics includes creation of data bank of specialists, data bank of patients, data bank of case histories, data bank of criterial diagnostic indicators, data bank of treatment modes and means recommended, and bank of video and graphic data, storage of this data, its coding, processing, and making decisions. Automation of diagnostics is carried out by way of searching code records in diagnostic criterion data bank basing on case histories searching entries; automatic selection of medicines is effected by way of searching for respective records in data bank basing on search entries of diagnose code records considering contra-indications marked in case history.
