PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing printing positional deviation generated for a period from a carrier starting of continuous paper to a printing starting and on and after the printing starting. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with an image forming part for preparing a toner image on the surface of a photosensitive drum 11 and a carrying device for carrying the continuous paper P to the surface of the photosensitive drum 11. The carrying device is has a scuff roller 24 for imparting tension of a feeding direction to the continuous paper P, a second tractor 22 provided on an upstream side of the scuff roller 24 in a paper carrier path and for imparting prescribed carrier speed to the continuous paper P, and a back tension roller 23 provided on an upstream side of the second tractor 22 and for imparting prescribed tension to the carried continuous paper P. For the period from the carrier starting of the continuous paper P to the printing starting, peripheral speed of the back tension roller 23 is made faster than the carrier speed of the continuous paper P by the second tractor 22. |
