CHANNEL TUBE BLOCKADE DEVICE FOR POLLUTION CONTROL TYPE ENDOSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel tube blockage device of a pollution control type endoscope which surely blocks a channel tube attached to a lagging sheath so as to prevent its external diameter in a base end segment from increasing and can be removed in a clean state from a channel guide path of the endoscope. SOLUTION: This blockade device is provided with a female mold 1 which is formed with a receiving groove 2 of an approximately semicircular cross-sectional shape along the outer periphery of the base end segment 22b of the channel tube 22 and a male mold 3 which is formed with a projection 4 for crushing the base end segment 22b of the channel tube 22 toward the receiving groove 2 of the female mold 1 to the state of closing all of the internal spaces of the channel tube 22. The base end segment 22b of the channel tube 22 is inserted between the female mold 1 and the male mold 3 and is heated, by which the base end segment 22b of the channel tube 22 is molded to the state that all of the internal spaces are welded without increasing its external diameter.
