PURPOSE: A weather strip for a door is provided to improve durability of a rib for a door glass by connecting an upper rib and a lower rib with a connecting rib, to maintain airtightness and to remove foreign materials effectively from a surface of the door glass. CONSTITUTION: A weather strip for a door has a connecting rib(22c) connecting an upper rib(22a) and a lower rib(22b) to support one side of a door glass(30). The door glass is moved up and down to be attached to one side of a fixing body(21) installed to an upper portion of a door outer panel(10). The connecting rib is formed to be rectangular for the upper rib and the lower rib to generate new moment effectively.
