FIELD: production of drawn wire, possibly finely descaling rolled rods. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes auger type mechanism for supplying powder. Said mechanism has electromagnet placed at auger inlet to working chamber and designed for increasing density of abrasive powder due to electromagnetic cohesion between ferromagnetic particles. At outlet of working chamber there are mounted: hydraulically or pneumatically driven piston provided with vibrator and demagnetizing coil for controlling value of powder carrying away from working chamber. Invention provides uniform roughness of wire surface after descaling, uniformly distributed powder pressure along the whole cross section of working chamber, improved degree of filling chamber with powder. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and quality of descaling due to uniform distribution of powder and improved conditions for carrying away used powder from chamber. 1 dwg |
