FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing listerollosis allergen for intracutaneous trial by growing culture of vaccine strain AUF, inactivation, liophilic drying, hydrolysis with 1% acetic acid solution in water bath at 100 ± 1 C for 6 h and then in cooling for 18 ± 1 h. Invention provides enhancement of specificity and specific activity of preparation and possibility of its industrial preparing. Invention can be used in diagnosis of listerollosis. EFFECT: improved preparing method. |
