PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sport drinking water having pharmacological and pharmaceutical effects, capable of previously supplying the body with water which is lost while taking exercise. SOLUTION: This sport drinking water is given by adding coenzyme Q10 to water which is suitable for being mixed witch glycerol. The coenzyme Q10 is such a raw material as optimum for being added and applied to the glycerol, because of having a characteristic of lipophilicity. When the sport drinking water is taken prior to the exercise by several hours, an exercise function- improving effect is achieve. |
