PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a reflection-preventing article with good productivity, to which reduction of light-reflection and reflection-prevention by a fine unevenness to improve the display visibility are applied. SOLUTION: This reflection-preventing article 10 is manufactured by an injection- molding method as a resin molded article which is constituted in such a manner that, on the surface of a resin base material 1, the fine unevenness 2 for reflection-prevention is formed. In this case, (A) an original die 30 on which the fine unevenness is formed is prepared. (B) As a shaping die 31, a duplicate die is prepared through the duplication by designing the mold and inverting the mold once or two or more times of the fine unevenness shape on the surface of the original die. (C) The injection-molding is performed using injection molding dies 21 and 22 on which the shaping die is fitted. Respective processes (A), (B) and (C) are performed in order. The shape of the fine unevenness is formed in such a manner that the cycle PMAX at the most protruding section of the fine unevenness may be set to be at the minimum wavelength λMIN or lower in the vacuum atmosphere of the wavelength band of visible light, and the cross section occupying rate of the resin base material in the horizontal cross section may continuously and gradually reduce from the most protruding section to the most recessed section of the fine unevenness. |
