PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a studless tire that prevents a slip on a frozen surface from an initial period of use, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The studless tire has a ruggedly ground surface on the surface of a block pattern of a tread part, to which ground surface an inner layer of the tire is exposed. The tire can run safely without a slip on a frozen road surface from an initial period of use to ensure the safe driving of an automobile on snow-covered land. |
