PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infectious waste treatment system capable of preventing the leakage of a liquid from infectious waste to prevent the pollution of an automatic warehouse and detaching a container polluted by the leakage of the liquid from a pallet to treat the same in an incinerator. SOLUTION: A liquid leakage preventing container 30 made of plastics or the like equipped with a bottom part 32 and an edge part 42 is provided to be temporarily fastened to the pallet 14 by sheet fasteners 36. A bag or case of infectious waste is placed on the liquid leakage preventing container 30 to be temporarily kept in the automatic warehouse and the pallet 14 is reversed at the charging part to the incinerator to charge only the infectious waste in the incinerator while preventing the falling of the container 30.
