PURPOSE: Provided is a height adjuster for a pillow which adjusts the height of a pillow cover outside an upper and a lower cover so that it helps to set the height of the pillar to fit to one's physical structure. CONSTITUTION: The height adjuster for the pillow comprises the parts of: an upper and a lower cover(10,90) which are touched to a pillow cover with forming plural penetration holes(12,92); an upper and a lower support bar(20,80) which are fixed at fixed screw holes(22,82) to support the upper and the lower cover; an upper and a lower opening pole(30,40) which are inserted into fixed holes(24,82) and fixed at a second and a third lateral screw(46) at one edge with forming support holes(34,44) at the other edge; a first and a second mobile pole(50,60) which are fixed at a first and a second screw groove(54,64) with forming a first and a second screw pole(52,62) at the center; and a rotation axis(70) which is moved in an opposite direction in rotating a lever(72) to allow the opening pole to be opened or closed.
