FIELD: drawing production, namely descaling before drawing process. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for descaling surface of rolled rod by means of ferromagnetic abrasive powder includes hollow chamber placed between poles of electromagnet; piston mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion and rotation. End of piston is in the form of auger. Chamber is provided with movable tip having inner cone joined with longitudinal-oscillation vibrator. EFFECT: improved design, enhanced efficiency of descaling, optimal condition for compacting powder, elimination of supercompaction and mobility loss of powder at outlet of chamber. 2 dwg |
