SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition eliciting an antibacterial activity that comprises the following components, wt.-%: clindamycin salt or ester as an active substance, 0.2-10.0; accessory substances: sodium benzoate, 1.0-8.0; vegetable oil, 5.0-15.0; emulsifying agent, 3.0-15.0, and polyatomic alcohol, the balance. Pharmaceutical composition can be used for treatment of skin and mucosa diseases, it elicits high level of therapeutic activity in combination with simultaneous decline of allergic, sensitizing and dehydrating effects.
