PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of the inside of an electrolyte supply means for supplying the electrolyte by using raw water, etc., by a corrosive substance produced during electrolysis when water is passed, in an apparatus for producing electrolytic water. SOLUTION: An electrolytic bath 9 which has at least a pair of electrodes 11 and 13 and electrolyzes the raw water, and a water tank 16 for storing the raw water independent of the bath 9, are provided. The electrolyte, after being dissolved by using the raw water in the water tank 16, is supplied to the bath 9. Since the raw water in the water tank 16 is used when the electrolyte is supplied to the bath 9, the corrosion of the electrolyte supply means 17, etc., by the corrosive substance which is produced during the electrolysis and left in the bath 9 can be prevented.
