PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight tape which does not spoil elegance of a lace curtain and easily enables a work for settling and finishing both ends of the skirt part of the lace curtain. SOLUTION: The weight tape 1 in which a number of cylindrical metal pellets 2, 2, etc., with a straight central axis and with both end faces formed into vertical faces 2a and 2b are stored in a flexible tube 3 at specified intervals is provided. As this weight tape 1 has a uniform flexibility in all the directions intersecting at right angles in the lengthwise direction, when it is tucked in the skirt part of the lace curtain, the skirt part exhibits a natural wave along the elegant wave of the lace curtain. In addition, a settling and processing work in which three or four metal pellets 2 are extremely easily taken out from the both end parts of the flexible tube 3 of the weight tape 1 tucked in the skirt part of the lace curtain and the flexible tube 3 is folded back with the lace curtain and is sewn can be remarkably easily and performed in a short time.
